This agreement is between Shubhshri Marketing Pvt Ltd, Rewa (M.P.) and the Direct Seller. By registering as a distributor, you agree to all the terms listed below.
Clause 1
Eligibility
The direct seller must be 18 years of age or above to register.
Clause 2
Independent Status
The distributor is not an employee of the company. They operate as an independent contractor (Independent Distributor).
Clause 3
No Compulsory Purchase
The company will not force any direct seller to purchase products at any time.
Clause 4
Income Policy
The direct seller's income is based solely on product sales and Business Volume (BV). No income is guaranteed.
Clause 5
Code of Conduct
Providing false information is strictly prohibited. Making fake income promises is prohibited. Defaming the company's reputation is prohibited.
Clause 6
ID Rules
One person can hold only one distributor ID. Creating duplicate or fake IDs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
Clause 7
Payment Terms
Payments will be processed monthly. TDS and applicable taxes will be deducted as per government regulations.
Clause 8
Refund & Buyback Policy
The company will accept product returns within 10–15 days of purchase, subject to company policy and product condition.
Clause 9
Termination
The distributor ID may be terminated upon violation of any company rules or this agreement.
Clause 10
Confidentiality
The direct seller shall not disclose or share any confidential information, business data, or trade secrets of the company.
Clause 11
Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, the company's decision shall be final. Arbitration may be applied as per applicable law.
Clause 12
Plan Changes
The company reserves the right to modify, update, or change the business plan at any time without prior notice.
